The sky is so dark and bleak with no hope in sight. Thunder is rolling. I am so afraid. I can't move because I am paralyzed with intense fear. I am numb, and I cannot weep anymore...God I'm so confused.

When will this cloud over me lift? Where are you God? I don't see a light at the end of this tunnel. No one to run to and no where to go. I feel so lost and hopeless. I want to give up...Please, please help me Lord.

There is a very tiny spark of faith within me..I just know it. I still believe in You. I trust you still. I am Yours...


WAIT!! It's breaking up! The sky is opening right before my eyes. Just as the sun is still there and shines behind those horrible dark clouds, YOU were always there! I just couldn't see you, Lord. I thought you left me, but NO!


Now...let me fly. You healed my broken wings; You restored my soul. And now I can soar with stronger wings than I had before!

Help me to trust You, Jesus, no matter how dark it looks. Let me fly like the eagle above the clouds of crises, above the trajedy, above it all.
